At Scanautomatic, IXON is showcasing its service solutions for machine builders. With edge gateways and a cloud platform, IXON helps machine builders worldwide securely connect machines, gain insights from data and optimize service processes.

IXON’s product portfolio consists of:

• Remote Access Cloud: Secure and user-friendly remote access for machines worldwide, enabling service engineers to provide immediate remote support.
• Machine Insights Cloud: Real-time machine data and dashboards that enable users to monitor performance and detect malfunctions more quickly.
• Service Portal Cloud: Centralized environment where machine builders can provide customers and stakeholders with access to documentation, dashboards, and more.

During the trade show, the focus will be primarily on IXON’s latest generation of edge gateways. In addition to the well-known IXrouter3 and SecureEdge Pro, IXON is now also introducing the new SecureEdge gateway.

The SecureEdge and SecureEdge Pro are among the world’s first IEC 62443-4-2 certified industrial edge gateways. In a market where cybersecurity is becoming increasingly important due to regulations such as NIS2 and stricter security requirements, these gateways offer machine builders a secure and future-proof solution for industrial connectivity.

The SecureEdge gateways combine multiple features into a single device:

• Remote access gateway
• Industrial firewall
• Data logger
• Edge computer functionality with Docker support (SecureEdge Pro)

In addition, both gateways feature dual WAN ports for network segmentation, a variety of connectivity options and quick installation thanks to the integrated touchscreen with QR code setup.
